And this begins the adventures of Macaque Fansubs! We're a group of university students who really like anime. When the Fall season began we were shocked that NO ONE WAS DOING YUMEIRO PATISSIERRE! After we all cried we decided to sub it ourselves! And Macaque Fansubs was born! We won't lie, there is no way in hell we will ever be able to compete with all the established fansub groups. Nor will we be able release episodes as fast as some of the larger groups. But we'll try our best with our releases anyway, and get them out as fast we can. After working on Yumeiro Patissiere, we may look into subbing other projects that have never been subbed before. Especially obscure shoujo series! People are missing out on good stuff every season.
If anyone is interested in helping us out, let us know! We could definately use more translators. We're also a bit lost when it comes to a non-existent distro team. Unfortunately, we all have pretty bad internet connection and could use some help in getting our releases out. Whether it would be to be a dedicated seeder or to perhaps donate a bot for our upcoming IRC channel (if we decide to make one - there's no point unless there's demand).
I hope everyone will support us as we attempt to bring to you Yumeiro Patissiere and whatever else in the future. Our releases won't be perfect, we're new at this. But we're quickly learning.
First episode out! By this time we already know that Yumeiro has another subber. We don't think we can compete at all, but we will still continue with the project anyway for practice sakes. You can only improve after all. Please support us if you can!
